Theater Jr. Camp teaches beginners the basics of theater preparation, collaboration, and exploration. Campers will work with props and costumes and perform a play. They will learn to work in teams, solve problems, build self-confidence, different techniques to help stay focused, and explore their own creativity. Theater Jr. Camp will conclude with a showcase performance open to the public.
Parent or guardian must read the summer camp manual and complete the registration forms by the first day of camp.

Emily is the music teacher at East End Elementary and East End Intermediate School. She loves to perform and has been in several ARTx3 shows. Most recently, she directed Disney’s The Lion King Jr. at ARTx3. She had so much fun facilitating Theater Camp Jr. last year that she’s back again! Emily lives in Little Rock with her cat, Dolly
