Exercise and relax with Florence “FloEssence” Love during this yoga workshop. A certified yoga instructor, FloEssence will lead participants through an hour of yoga exercise, followed by a wind-down guided meditation session.
Whether you are new or experienced, this will be an enriching experience for everyone.
Please wear yoga-appropriate attire. ASC will have yoga mats on hand or participants may bring their own mats.
Florence Love is a Taekwondo 3rd degree Black Belt and certified yoga instructor. She offered a “Women’s Self-Defense with FloEssence”class at the Arts and Science Center for Southeast Arkansas and conducts monthly "Yoga in the Loft" Classes at The ARTSpace on Main.
