Art Pro Camp combines advanced lessons in drawing, painting, printmaking, and sculpture with exploration of current ASC and ARTSpace exhibitions. Students will create 2D and 3D projects, and focus not only on artistic methods and working with different media, but also on the creative process itself.
Shalisha Thomas, known for her passion for both the arts and shaping young minds, is an art teacher at Pine Bluff High School. As a Milken Educator, Shalisha has been recognized for her dedication to providing students with a creative and engaging education. She works tirelessly to foster a love for art in her students, encouraging them to express themselves and discover their potential. Shalisha is always seeking new ways to inspire and motivate her students to embrace their creativity and pursue their artistic passions.
